A change is as good as a rest so it was with great enthusiasm that I headed off to Arthog Wales for a weekend of gorge walking, canoeing and climbing with some trainee teachers from Telford. A fabulous opportunity to showcase the work at Arthog Wales and talk about the services of Arthog Outreach.
