Today, I had a brilliant but wet day scrambling with my friend Nigel (Big Nige) in North Wales. We had intended to tackle the classic Cneifion Arete but unfortunately poor weather and a group just about to start made us reassess our plans.
After a quick brew, I always find decision making easier with a cup of tea in hand, we opted to follow up Seniors Ridge to the summit of Glyder Fawr and then descend via Y Gribin to Idwal Cottage for a celebratory cuppa. A great day out and I’m already looking forward to the next one.
Too wet for photographs today even if my camera had returned from repair.
