Professional Development – Reviewing in the Outdoors With Roger Greenaway

One of the reviewing techniques we used – a model of the person we need in the team

Toward the end of March as part of his professional developed, Chris attended an IOL workshop. It was called ‘Reviewing in the Outdoors’ facilitated by Roger Greenaway who is an acknowledged expert in this field.

It was a cracker of a workshop and some of the techniques learnt have already filtered through into our sessions. Reviewing is an active part of the CHMAS activity / training sessions and now they are even more effective! At least that’s what our candidates tell us.

If you need some skills to make your reviewing more effective, then book on to this workshop by Roger.
