IOL Leadership Conference – Part 2 (Reflection)

In September 2015, I attended an IOL Leadership Workshop, which is a integral part of the process to become a Lead Practitioner of the Institute for Outdoor Learning (LPIOL) and a very thought provoking workshop it was too.

Last week, I was at the Frank Chapman Centre in Bedley for the follow up day to reflect on the actions arising from the workshop. This proved to be very a very valuable experience and I know have a few outcomes to achieve from the course namely:

  • to become a APIOL Coach
  • register for LPIOL

These things are simple enough but complete them will involve some very detailed outputs, which might take some time to complete.
