Instructing For Arthog Outreach

Route finding in progress

A quiet week on the instructing front for Arthog Outreach with just one group out for a caving adventure. Ogof Llanymynech was the venue, which is great for beginners looking for an adventure. The group were keen to explore so we visited the full cave complex with more adventurous leading the way . We made our way through the ‘Nut Cracker’ passing through ‘Burial Chamber’ to the ‘Belfry’. The group were keen to do more so off to the ‘Five Ways Chamber’ we went with lots of squirming on the way out to avoid the puddle of truth.

Before leaving the cave, one of the group spotted the entrance to the Mandible Chamber so you guessed it we went off to explore that too. While there, we had a review of the day using one of the techniques learnt on the Reviewing Workshop. The results were spectacular, thought provoking and everyone engaged.
