Go Fence Instruction For The Adventure Ropes Course

On Thursday afternoon, I was working for my friends at the Adventure Ropes Course providing a Go/Fence session. This was week 4 of a 10 week course so it was time to recap on some of the basic skills (moving forwards& backwards, thrust & lunges) so that the core skills are developed correctly and become second nature.

As a result of this work, there was a significant improvement in the free fence session a the end which was not only noticed by me but by the young people themselves. I was very pleased with the outcomes from this session.
