The Fundamentals of Climbing 1 focuses on the importance of agility, balance & co-ordination) as these are the core of climbing movement. I came away with quite a few new ideas and I look forward to using these in my sessions.
The Fundamentals of Climbing 2 builds upon the first workshop, looking at how specific techniques can be coached and on steeper routes. Part of the day was also dedicated to video analysis and I’m quite looking forward to using this not only in my sessions but as part of my personal development.
I had a great weekend and I’m now very much looking forward to my Development Coach training in March.
