Last weekend, I was working for Whitewater Active providing a gorge walking session in the morning and then a climbing session in the afternoon, which I always enjoy.
This gorge isn’t too taxing and is suitable for all abilities and has a number of natural obstacles to overcome, which involve a reasonable amount of getting wet and the decent of a waterfall. The group were extremely keen to get wet and were buzzing by the end of the gorge, which is always great to see.
The climbing session in the afternoon was for two people (Steph and Lee) who were keen to learn the ropes and start climbing on their own. By the end of the session, they were keen to do more and I wish them well in their climbing career.
