Gorge Walking – Wet but Fun

Happy after abseiling down the waterfall

Last week,  I was working for my friends at Whitewater Active leading a gorge walk for a group of friends from Yorkshire (Bev, Sue, Nikki Liz and Jules.
The gorge isn’t too taxing and is suitable for all abilities and has a number of natural obstacles to overcome, which involve a reasonable amount of getting wet and the decent of a waterfall.

Despite the cold weather, the clients got stuck in with all the activities and were really impressed with their acheivements and judging by the feedback below all had a great time.

Feedback from the group:
THANK YOU for a fantastic day!  We loved the gorge walk and would like to thank Big John and Chris for guiding us safely down the gorge!  Plus extra thanks to Chris for sending us a cd of photos of the experience! They are great! It was very kind of you.
